- The Company provides training to employees engaged in information and communication services on youth protection laws and regulations, standards of sanctions, methods of responding to the discovery of harmful information, and reporting procedures for violations.

3. Counseling and Grievance Handling for Damage Caused by Harmful Information

- The Company assigns professional staff for counseling and grievance handling related to harmful information in order to prevent the spread of damage.
- Users may request counseling and grievance handling by referring to Section 4 below, "Affiliation, Name, and Contact Information of the Youth Protection Officer and Person in Charge."
