4. Procedure and Method of Destroying Personal Information
In principle, the Company destroys the information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved or the retention and use period has elapsed.
However, in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., the personal information of members who have no record of use for one year is stored separately from the personal information of active members, and if the service is not used for one year, all personal information of the member is destroyed.
The procedure and method of destroying personal information are as follows.
1) Destruction procedure
